CDP BridgeWorks is a program of Community Development Professionals
(CDP) designed to improve new and established non-profit organizations by increasing their capacity to offer services. This
program achieves its goals with the use of proven trainings and technical assistance.
Leadership Development - Including board composition and function, staff and volunteer development and succession planning
Organizational Development - Including Board Governance and business systems
development (i.e. management, HR, finance, planning, policies and procedures and non-profit incorporation
Program Development - Including activities such as curriculum development,
program monitoring and evaluating and outcomes development
Revenue Development
- Including donor strategy, grant writing and resource development planning
Community
Engagement - Including activities such as asset mapping, accessing community needs and establishment
of collaborative relationships.

Technical Assistance
CDP recognizes that some projects cannot be addressed
with training alone. CDP BridgeWorks will provide qualified organizations with one-on-one consulting to assist with a specific
