Say “HI” to our team. The members of the CDP team have years of experience in thinking about organizational challenges and concerns and talking to executive staff and board leaders about them. They understand that there is no one ‘program’ that’s going to turn your organization and culture around. They know that nonprofit work is not that simple. Yet they also know some resources and strategies have helped many organizations become far more effective in making an impact and being sustainable.
Beyond the initial free consultation, we hope to offer ongoing membership, coaching, or consulting on a paid basis. However, our goal is always to provide as much help as we can to as many organizations as we can through the initial free call.
