Communities around the country struggle to provide affordable decent, safe and sanitary housing for their residents. Since 2003 CDP has been working in areas of affordable housing and homelessness to strengthen local and regional systems to ensure everyone has a place to live.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
CDP works with local Continua of Care to design processes, protocol and policy that can meet the performance measurements of HUD and address concerns of affordable housing in the local community.

We work with HUD grantees, community leaders and local change agents to develop creative housing solutions.
PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a model that combines low-barrier affordable housing, health care, and supportive services to help individuals and families lead more stable lives
CDP has designed a management solution to help local communities manage Permanent Supportive Housing Units. Using a combination of technology, protocol and policy and procedures, CDP works with HUD grantees in order to effectively and efficiently manage Permanent Supportive Housing programs.
INSPECTIONS
CDP provides HUD Housing Quality Standard inspections for local communities and housing authorities. Outsourcing to CDP provides jobs for hard-to-employ persons while ensuring inspections are conducted efficiently and effectively.
