Take the LEAP with us.

As we start a new week and spring is in full bloom, I invite you take the LEAP with us. Let's commit this week to be a Leader of Excellence with Agility and Perseverance.

I live in a world of acronyms -- admittedly, some are better than others. But I am leaning into this newest one -- LEAP. So what does it mean?

Leaders of Excellence (LE) don't compromise. LE's do not settle for mediocrity and what they can do to just get by. Excellence is the highest standard. Excellence involves reaching for the best and being the best. LE's set the example and encourage those around them to strive for excellence. How? In part with Agility and Perseverance.

Agility and Perseverance are kindred spirits. As leaders we have to pivot when required and be flexible when circumstances change. Agility requires thoughtful transition and the ability to move and change as the situation warrants. Perseverance is sticking to it. Perseverance means don't quit. Perseverance requires leaders to not get distracted or detracted from the vision but to keep going. Yes, sometimes we need to change course, but we keep the vision in mind and keep going. Agility and perseverance working hand-in-hand.

So I invite us all to take the LEAP this week. Let's be Leaders of Excellence who reflect Agility and Perseverance and let's meet our calling, our job and our roles with renewed energy.
