Work on those LATs.

Now is the time to get it on your calendar in 2025. Commit to work on those LATs in 2025. No, not necessarily the physical ones, but the ones that impact your personal growth and development. What have you been wanting to Learn, Accomplish or Try but haven't yet? Consider this challenge:

✔️ Identify one skill or subject you'd like to learn. Find a time on your schedule in 2025 to pencil in time to learn it. Be realistic in how much time you must invest to master it or learn it well and commit that time.

✔️ What is one task, event, or goal you would like to accomplish in 2025. Name it. Consider it. What will it take for you to get there? Do your homework then put it on your calendar.

✔️ What is something you'd like to try in 2025? Perhaps it's a new food, new adventure, new hobby, or new experience. Think about it. Decide on it and put it on your calendar.

As the year is wrapping up and winding down, I challenge you to get out those 2025 calendars and work on those LATs. Remember, if it's not in writing it doesn't exist, so as you consider your LATs in 2025, put it in writing and make it happen.
