Step 2: Developing the Skeleton, Part II

Step 2 in grant writing is developing the skeleton/template. Today focuses on the next three parts of developing the skeleton:

⏺ Program evaluation. How are you going to measure success? What benchmarks are you going to use to demonstrate you achieved the goals or made progress toward the outcome?

⏺ Future funding statement. How are you going to support this program over the long-term (do NOT just say you are going to seek more grants....)? Be clear about what ongoing expenses will be and how you are growing resources to meet those expenses.

⏺ Program budget. Be clear about what the costs are now and into the future. Outline what expenses are and who is paying for what.
