This is the basic training for CDP's nonprofit partners and recommended as a precursor to CDP's other trainings and workshops. Back to Basics is the "101" of nonprofit training. Whether your nonprofit is just forming or perhaps you have new Board Members or if you simply need a refresher, this webinar is an easy investment. During the 6-hour training, organizations can expect to master the six components of organizational development. With each component, participants will be given the tools they need to approach and utilize each component effectively. At the end of training, each participant will be asked to commit to specific action items. Upon completion of successful training and their action items, each organization will receive a certificate. Executive Directors, Board members and key staff personnel are encouraged to participate.
