Start. Strengthen. Grow.
Social entrepreneurs are generally in one or more of these phases of business. #Start means getting the idea off the ground. Figure out where you are going (#vision) and how you are going to get there (#mission), what vehicle you are driving in (#corevalues), and what the first stretch of road looks like (#plan).
#Strengthen means fortifying and readying the organization or business for the long-haul. What have you #learned, what needs to #change, where do your need to #focus and what #corecompetencies can you build on? Outline clear, actionable steps you can take to improve your infrastructure, your culture or your network.
#Grow means preparing for more. Where can you #gain more clients/customers or #increase profit or #impact more people? Define what growth looks like for your organization and strategize how you get there.
Remaining #stagnant is not an option. #Coasting or floating along or staying #static or #stationary is counterproductive to social entrepreneurship. Take #inventory. #Assess where you are.
