Who’s at our table?

We should encourage different perspectives at our table. We should intentionally invite people who see the world differently than we do and enable those perspectives to have equal voice. Unity doesn't mean sameness. Imagine a decision reached by people from different vantage points with different perspectives who arrive at consensus. Ah. The discussion may be uncomfortable as we work through issues but what an amazing way to have everyone buy in to the decision.
