Resource Development Part I

Resource Development is one of the most critical components of a nonprofit organization. We'll tackle this component in multiple videos, but the long and short of it is this: resource development is about bringing in the people (volunteers), the in-kind contributions (both services and stuff) and the cash you need to operate the organization. PLANNING is the first step to ensuring you have the resources you need to run the nonprofit.
