One of the most amazing parts of our work in community development is watching the pieces fit together. From grassroots nonprofits serving tirelessly to feed and clothe neighbors to local governments looking for creative solutions to shifting economies to school systems educating the next generation of leaders, community development involves everyone doing their part. I love partnering with others to grow and nurture viable communities. It's our mission and it's my passion. No one organization or stakeholder is more important than the others. Each part has its place in the development of community and it's exciting to be a part of this collective work.
