#invest #engage

People will not #invest in your business or your nonprofit work until they are #engaged. Make sure you have these things in place to be successful in the workplace...

  1. Identify two to three ways to get in front of NEW audiences each year. Be specific. It might be #BNI, #chambersofcommerce, national conferences or any other ways you can think of to meet new people. #initialengagement

  2. Identify two ways these newly engaged audiences will learn more about your business and become #fullyengaged. One-on-one meetings, group breakfast meetings, events, and mission tours might be ways to accomplish this.

  3. Engagement requires #intentionalnetworking. Figure out your strategies and do them continually and consistently.

Once people know you and your business, then go for the ask, make the sale, or secure the donation.
