What are the top three best growth strategies, mantras, or protocols you've utilized for your career development? Mine are....

(1) #Toastmasters. It's likely not a surprise to anyone that public speaking is the number one fear of most professionals. Toastmasters forces you past that.

(2) #BNI. I'm not a natural networker but instilling the weekly discipline of engaging in this networking group has been a game-changer for me.

(3) Do it afraid. Entrepreneurship isn't for wimps. It's hard, challenging and a constant stepping into the unknown. I have required myself to move forward regardless of any trepidation or fear I might have.
