Musings from travels.

It's 4am in California -- 7am by my body clock -- so I'm up, awake and enjoying my first cup of coffee. I have come to appreciate the quiet and still hours of the morning. As an introvert I know that too many people, too much noise, chaos, and activity drain me. I love my family for the extroverts they are but I also value the stillness of just me, my Bible and my thoughts. These wee hours of reading, reflection and quiet regenerates my energy and my spirit and readies me for a new day. This view and beautiful sunrise don't hurt either.
