➡ Have two or three people from your organization review the proposal. They should look for clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Does this make sense to them? Is there anything that needs to be amended, added or revised?

➡ Have two or three people from outside your organization review the proposal. Are there terms they don't understand? Do they know who you are and what you do based on the proposal? Remember that funders are from the outside. Outside reviewers can help you know if something is confusing or unclear.
