Unscripted.

Who are you when you are unscripted? Who are you in your unrehearsed moments? Plenty of us are readied with our canned lines, speeches, and sound bytes. We know how to behave in public and in expected encounters, but are we brave enough to consider who we truly are in those moments behind the scenes and out of the spotlight..?

Does patience escape you when the car pulls out in front of you? Are kind words extended when you are faced with a rude sales person or a sassy teen? Do you extend the same politeness to your family as you do to work colleagues or clients? There are many moments in our everyday lives where our true nature springs forth. I strive to be the same person no matter the circumstance but I know I too often fall short. I'm still a work in progress. How about you?
