Shine bright, shine often, share the light.

Christmas and the holidays always involve candles and twinkling lights. We love to see the contrast of light in the dark. We pay to experience drive-through light presentations and admire the beautiful creativity displayed on people's homes. But we do not have to save the love of lights for the holidays. Each of us has opportunity to shine brightly in our everyday. We can leave goodness, kindness, positivity and brightness wherever we go. Consider this challenge as we move out of the season and into the New Year:

🕯 Shine bright. Polish and remove anything that dims you. Find people, experiences and hobbies that nourish your soul and make your light shine brighter. Be intentional about keeping your light shining bright.

🕯 Shine often. Do not save your shine for selfies and social media. Make it a habit to shine brightly in your everyday life.

🕯 Share your light with others. Find ways to lift someone's spirits. You don't have to search very far, just look around. There is always someone you can help, someone you can encourage, someone waiting to receive your smile. Always.

Christmas lights are special, but as we leave another holiday season, let's reflect on ways we can carry the light of Christmas into the everyday of our lives. Happy shining friends.
